1. Hot stamping process

The way of bronzing is to make the desired bronzing or bronzing pattern into a relief plate and heat it, and then place the aluminum foil paper of the desired color on the quilt, and after pressing, the aluminum foil is attached to the printed object. There are many kinds of hot stamping paper materials, such as gold, silver, laser gold, laser silver, black, red, green and so on.

2. Lamination process

Lamination is a surface processing technology after printing, which refers to a product processing technology formed by covering a layer of transparent plastic film on the surface of the printed product with a laminating machine. The surface of the coated printed matter will be smoother, brighter, stain-resistant, water-resistant and wear-resistant.

3. Embossing process

Concave and convex embossing is to use the large pressure of the letterpress printing machine to roll and press the partial pattern or text on the printed semi-finished product into a three-dimensional image and text with obvious concave and convex. The embossing process is mostly used in the post-processing of printed matter and paper containers. In addition to packaging cartons, it is also used in the printing of bottle labels, trademarks, book bindings, calendars, greeting cards and other products.

4. UV printing process

UV anti-metal etching printing, also known as matte or sand printing, is a layer of uneven translucent ink printed on a substrate with metallic mirror luster, such as gold and silver cardboard, and cured by ultraviolet light to produce a similar brightness. The metal surface is etched or frosted. Anti-metal etching ink can produce suede and matt effects, which can make the printed matter appear soft and solemn, elegant and luxurious.
